What are your qualifications and experience?
I have been actively engaged in mental health projects and providing supervised mental health support for 5 years. Over the past year, I have transitioned to working independently, fostering a therapeutic space where clients can feel secure and take an active role in their therapy process. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, and I have pursued studies at Valencia University in Spain and Mannheim University in Germany. Also, I possess a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Baku Slavic University in Azerbaijan.
What approach do you use in therapy?
