Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential. Your privacy is of utmost importance, and I adhere strict confidentiality guidelines. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to anyone without your explicit consent, except in cases where here is a legal obligation to do so, as as threat to harm yourself or others.
Is there a therapy agreement?

A cancellation policy is essential to ensure the smooth operation of therapy sessions and respect both the therapist’s and client’s time.
What are your qualifications and experience?
I have been actively engaged in mental health projects and providing mental health support for 6 years. In 2023, I transitioned to independent practice, with the aim of creating a therapeutic space that reflects my vision of psychotherapy one where individuals feel secure and take an active role in their therapeutic process. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mykolas Romeris University and have pursued further studies at University of Valencia and University of Mannheim. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Baku Slavic University. I am continuously engaged in professional training, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), relationship therapy, and sex therapy.
What approach do you use in therapy?
My therapeutic practice is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
What types of issues do you work with?

Duration of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients may find resolution in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy.
Do you offer online therapy or text therapy?
Yes, I offer online therapy. I don’t give Teletherapy.

What should I do if I feel uncomfortable discussing certain topics?
It is completely normal to feel hesitant about certain topics. We will work together to build trust and comfort so that you feel more at ease over time.
