- Sessions last 90 minutes.
Counselling Therapy
A double session for quick and effective resolution without long-term commitment.
- Concentrates on developing strategies and solutions for immediate concerns.
- Focuses on utilizing available resources and implementing step-by-step changes to reach set goals.
