- Müddət: 16 weeks (September to January) or Flexible Personal Supervision Sessions

- Weeks 3-4: Basic Therapeutic Skills

- Session 1: Understanding the impact of culture on therapy (cultural beliefs, family dynamics, societal norms)

- Activity: Discussion on personal biases, role-play scenarios with culturally diverse clients to practice adapted techniques
- Weeks 13-14: Dedicated Practice Week
- Session 1: Full session dedicated to role-playing different scenarios; participants take turns as both therapist and client
- Session 2: Continued practice with immediate feedback from peers and supervisor, focusing on refining techniques and approaches
- Weeks 15-16: Self-Care, Professional Growth, and Integration
- Session 1: Identifying signs of burnout and self-care practices
- Session 2: Reflective practice, peer feedback, and supervisee-led sessions
- Final Assessments: Review of progress, integration of key concepts
Additional Features
- Reference Letters:
- Over the course of 2 years, participants can receive up to 4 reference letters based on their performance and contributions during the supervision program.
- Questions and Support:
- Participants are encouraged to ask questions outside of class, both during and after the supervision sessions.
- Guidelines for Questions:
- Tezlik:: Up to 3 questions per week via email or designated platform.
- Response Time: Answers to questions will be provided within 48 hours.
Contactless Hours
- Readings: Weekly readings on therapeutic modalities, cultural competence, ethics, and case studies.
- Reflection Exercises: Regular reflective journals or essays on learned topics.
- Research Assignments: Presentations or papers on specific interventions, cultural adaptation, or case studies.
- Peer Discussions: Online discussion groups or forums to share experiences and insights.
Certification and Evaluation
- Certificates of Attendance or Reference Letters will be provided upon completion, based on attendance and participation.
- Evaluation: Continuous feedback from supervisor and peers, final assessments to review progress and integration of skills.

- Participants will have multiple opportunities to both give and receive therapy through role-playing.
